REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS
RFCSP-1209-ERCNH

FOR: Telecommunication, Internet Access, Basic Maintenance Services and Internal Connections for E-Rate-13, Year 2010.
DESCRIPTION: It is the intent of SBCISD to solicit written proposals from service providers, with significant networking experience to assist the SBCISD to maintain and upgrade its infrastructure. It is our intent to procure standalone turnkey jobs involving Telecommunication, Internet Access, and Basic Maintenance (Priority One) and Internal Connections (Priority Two) services to support the district’s infrastructure. This RFCSP is pertinent to the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund (E-Rate-13, Year 2010). It will be for the period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
PROPOSAL DEADLINE: Thursday, December 10th, 2009 2:00 p.m.

Competitive sealed proposals for the above will be received by the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (SBCISD) ATTN: Emma McCall, Business Manager at the Administration Building located at 240 North Crockett Street, San Benito, Texas 78586.

Copies of the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal Package will be available at the San Benito - CISD Web Site: http://www.sbcisd.net, under Bids/RFP’s. As the interest of the SBCISD may require, we reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any formalities in proposals received and accept the proposal most advantageous to the SBCISD.
